To introduce myself I want to draw on the words my father wrote to me when I left Australia in 1997. These words have encouraged and inspired me along the way, and therefore also helped form who I am today...
In this way you also get an insight into the love and awe Mark and I have for one another...

"The sculptors looked at the clay and they smiled. They knew from the very moment of conception that this was a Bringer of Peace to challenge the world.
They watched in wonder as it sprang to life and mastered every process around it, continually looking for more. They kneaded and moulded but not too much. This clay was a sculptor, too, and learned very soon how to form itself.
They glowed with pride as she learned to love and spread her challenge wider. They learned from her that peace is strong and bright and glowing, as well as soft and warm and serene.
Now it is time to learn the longest lesson...
Love is the key. We choose our own challenges and are, in the end, and along the way, only as great as the challenges we choose.
Sara, by becoming a great sculptor of life (loving, challenging, spreading the discipline of peace) you are becoming a truly great sculpture.
You have an amazing share of talent, which, one day will be just clay again. But the sculptures of your life's story can live forever...
remember who you will be..."
love, Mark and Kathy.
